  • Participates in Researching and Writing Annual Houston Commercial Construction Market Forecast
  • Serve as Management Trustee on Pension and Other Funds related to Construction Crafts
  • Monitor and Track all Current Strategic Issues faced by Construction Firms (Market, Workforce, and Financial)
  • Created a Presentation discussing Millennials in the Workforce in 2005.
• Prior Experience:
  • Association Executive
    • Served for 4 years with the Houston Chapter, Associated General Contractors (AGC), a large trade association serving General Contractors, Specialty Contractors, Suppliers and Service Firms in the Commercial Construction Industry.
      • Handled all governance and Board related matters
        1. Assisted in preparing annual Strategic Plan and Budget
        2. Served as Staff Leader to several committees
      • Project Coordinator for two Publications on School Construction, produced by a Committee of Architects, School Administrators and Contractors
      • Dealt with Local and State Elected Officials
      • Handled all administrative and financial responsibilities for Special 501-C-3 Organization, established to deal with a specific issue
